What can I use a 1-to-1 session for? ↓
These sessions can be used for clinical supervision, compassionate leadership coaching, or reflective consultation. You’re welcome to bring clinical cases, team dynamics, leadership challenges, or broader questions about practice, systems, or direction.
What’s the difference between coaching, supervision, and consultancy? ↓
There’s often overlap.
- Supervision usually refers to support around clinical practice or therapeutic work.
- Coaching tends to focus on personal or professional development, often in leadership roles.
- Consultancy is broader, supporting individuals or teams in navigating complex systems, decision-making, or organisational dynamics.
Feel free to use your first session however suits you best – we’ll clarify focus together.
Who are the group sessions for? ↓
Small group sessions (up to 4 participants) are ideal for peer supervision groups, teams seeking external consultation, or groups of colleagues exploring compassionate leadership, reflective practice, or CFT-informed approaches.
Do you offer sliding scale or lower-cost options? ↓
At present, these are fixed fees. If you’re from a charity, community-based organisation, or NHS service, you’re welcome to get in touch via the contact page to explore options.
Can I book on behalf of my team or organisation? ↓
Yes – the group organiser should make the booking and payment. If you’re exploring support for a larger team or organisation, or seeking a bespoke training or consultancy package, please contact me directly.
Will I get an invoice or receipt? ↓
Yes – you will automatically receive a receipt by email once payment is made. If you need a formal invoice for organisational or tax purposes, please get in touch.
Where do sessions take place? ↓
All sessions are held online via Zoom. In-person options may be available for ongoing partnerships – please enquire.
Payment terms
1-to-1 sessions (60 minutes) ↓
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Sessions are held online via Zoom.
- You will receive a confirmation email with joining details once payment is complete.
Small group sessions (90 minutes) ↓
- Group sessions are priced as a flat rate for up to 4 participants.
- One person (the organiser) is responsible for booking and payment.
- Payment is required at the time of booking.
- A confirmation email and meeting link will be sent to the organiser, who may share it with the group.
Cancellations & rescheduling ↓
- You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 48 working hours in advance (Monday to Friday only).
- For example, a session scheduled for 10am on Monday would need to be cancelled by 10am on the preceding Thursday to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations with less than 48 working hours’ notice are non-refundable.
- You can reschedule or cancel directly using the links provided in your booking confirmation email.
