Coaching & supervision

I offer coaching and supervision to individuals and small groups working in therapeutic, educational, clinical, and leadership roles. These sessions are designed to support reflection, deepen practice, explore challenges, and hold space for uncertainty – with a grounding in compassion-focused principles.

Each offering below is available as either:

  • 1-to-1 sessions (60 minutes)
  • Small group sessions (90 minutes, up to 4 participants)

Sessions are tailored to your context and goals – whether you’re navigating complex clinical work, holding leadership responsibility, or simply needing time and space to think more clearly and kindly.

For facilitators, educators, creatives, or anyone looking to integrate compassion more fully into their professional life – not necessarily in a clinical context.

This coaching is especially useful if you’re:

  • Developing workshops, courses, or public-facing content
  • Supporting others in emotionally demanding roles
  • Wanting to explore your own patterns of self-criticism, fear of failure, or performance anxiety
  • Looking for a compassionate space to re-align with your purpose and direction

If you’d like to book a session – or you’re unsure which option is the best fit – please get in touch. Sessions can be booked individually, in a block, on ongoing, and we can always begin with a one-off consultation to see what feels most helpful.

For people in leadership or coordination roles – including team leads, service managers, project directors, and clinical supervisors – who want to explore what it means to lead with clarity, courage, and compassion.

Sessions can focus on:

  • Navigating leadership complexity and responsibility
  • Staying values-connected and emotionally grounded
  • Supporting staff well-being and team cohesion
  • Making decisions under pressure or uncertainty

This work sits at the intersection of reflective practice, personal development, and organisational care. If you’d like to arrange this for yourself or your leadership group, please email charlie@balancedminds.com.
